Adam Moonlit, publicly Adam Solntse, was a scientist of the Magic Kingdom Levianta and the first director of Project 'Ma'. Manipulating Eve Zvezda and met with her failure, Adam fell in love with her and the two fled to Held's Forest in Elphegort, marrying there. Adopting the twins Hänsel and Gretel after Eve murdered their mother, Adam was killed by the twins years after, assuming the role of the Demon of Sloth soon after.
History[]
Early Life[]
Adam, along with his sister Eve, was born in Magic Kingdom Levianta in the BT 20s, the son of Queen Maria Moonlit. Despite Maria Moonlit's protests that the babies were a virgin conception, the Leviantan senator Miroku Loop Octopus hid the twins' birth and had the infants thrown into the river to prevent a potential scandal. Miraculously, Adam was rescued by a former forest spirit named Catherine who, being in the shape of a whale, carried him to the coast in her mouth. The baby, along with a message in a bottle with his name "Adam Moonlit", was later found by a fisherman, and the boy spent the next five years growing up in an orphanage.
One night, Adam's home was destroyed by a tsunami. Despite this, the young child managed to survive and lived alone on the coast. He was occasionally visited by the whale Catherine, and came to see her as his mother, while other humans who visited the coast treated the boy with hostility. One day Adam was approached by the head of the Levianta Royal Institute, Horus Solntse, who claimed to be there to adopt him on his real mother's orders. Though Catherine protested this claim and tried to stop Adam from leaving, Horus convinced the boy she was an evil forest spirit and Adam angrily left his former mother figure behind.
Once in Horus' care, rather than be reunited with his mother Adam was brought to live in the royal institute's research facility and stayed confined in its walls, forbidden to leave except when sent shopping. With Horus continually telling him that he needed to study more and work harder in order to meet his mother, Adam grew up well educated but severely emotionally deprived. Although Adam was eventually adopted as Horus' son, he continued to ask him about his mother, only to be denied.
To Fill His Emptiness[]
As Horus' health declined, he began employing various apprentices whom Adam began to work with as well, having by now become a skilled scientist. When Horus neared his death, he finally explained to Adam that his mother was Maria Moonlit. He claimed that Maria had been forced to give Adam up and became a puppet of Miroku thanks to the brainwashing drug Venom, Horus claiming that his "apprentice" Seth Twiright created it. Before departing to die alone, Horus had Adam agree to become the new head of the institute, and gave him a list of his allies who wished to help overthrow Miroku.
As head of the institute, Adam was left in charge of the ongoing "Next Queen Project" which had been started to artificially produce the next queen of Levianta, and the project lagged without Horus' guidance. One day, Adam received a visit from one of Horus' collaborators, Miroku's older son Gammon, and quickly used his knowledge from Horus to form a tentative alliance with him. One night, Adam conversed with Gammon at a bar about his family's prophetic dream ability and the current corrupt state of the Leviantan government. During their conversation, Adam was approached by Seth Twiright, who came to help with the Next Queen Project.
After Adam reluctantly allowed Seth to join the institute, the latter introduced the "God Seed", a living liquid alleged to be derived from Levia-Behemo, with which the institute could artificially create powerful magic users. During their meeting, Adam confronted Seth on his role in creating Venom; he learned that Seth had devised the recipe after being commissioned for it, but allegedly hadn't used it himself. In the wake of Alice Merry-Go-Round's prophecy and the Next Queen Project being re-purposed into Project 'Ma', Adam resolved to use the project to get revenge on Miroku for robbing him of a normal life with his mother, as well as to overthrow the current government and put himself in power.
With Project 'Ma' underway, Adam put his own genetic material into the God Seed so that the children born of the selected 'Ma' would be biologically related to him. He additionally met with Gammon and revealed that he was Maria Moonlit's son, detailing his plan to marry the project candidate and reestablish the monarchical line in Levianta as a hereditary one with the Project 'Ma' children as his heirs. Once Gammon agreed to help, Adam used Gammon's contacts to get the recipe for Venom and to obtain Miroku's journal, through which he learned that Seth was the retainer that had thrown him in the river long ago, and began plotting to get him out of the way.
Project 'Ma'[]
As part of 'Project Ma', the institute conducted a series of "Witch Hunts" to quickly acquire candidates. Despite Gammon's objections, Adam decided to pursue the infamous Apocalypse member Meta Salmhofer as a candidate, plotting for Seth to be killed during the excursion to Merrigod Plateau. The plan backfired, however, leading to every researcher being killed except for Seth. Meta was later discarded as a potential candidate. Afterwards, Adam and Seth, along with Gammon's contingent of soldiers, ventured to Held's Forest to seek another potential candidate, the alleged Witch of the Forest who used her great magical power to protect the local inhabitants.
As they traveled, the researchers' entourage was attacked by Raisa Netsuma's army. While the soldiers continued the fight, Adam and Seth were rescued by Eve Zvezda and brought back to her village, Nemu, and to her father Raiou Zvezda. Adam and Seth soon explained their purpose in coming and their suspicion that Eve herself was the Witch of the Forest they sought. When Seth eventually tested Eve, they found her level to be too low, in truth due to interference from Eve's spoon. Once Seth then departed to receive medical treatment from a proper hospital, Adam and Gammon remained to continue their search, with Eve taking them to several villages nearby, to no avail.
As they prepared to head back, Adam began chatting with Eve before the two were interrupted by another attack from Raisa and her army, with Eve unleashing her power to defeat them. Upon returning to Nemu, Adam and Eve found all the village women, and Raiou, slaughtered by Meta's forces, while the village men were brainwashed into becoming more of her Red Devotees. After a tense confrontation with Meta, reinforcements arrived from the capital and the Apocalypse members withdrew. With Eve revealed to be the Witch of the Forest, and her home being destroyed, Adam took her with him on his return to the capital to submit her as a project candidate. He also, as part of his plan, began slipping Eve Venom mixed with coffee, unaware that Venom had no effect on her.
After taking Eve back to the research institute, Adam had her magic potential properly quantified; With Eve's magical power recorded as more than high enough for the project, Adam prepared her for a ritual to get the current queen to accept her as her successor, downplaying the high risk the ritual involved to ensure Eve's cooperation. During the days they spent together, Adam struck up a relationship with Eve as he tutored her in the history of Levianta and its politics and helped her get settled in the capital. In return, Eve would train Adam with his magic. So far Adam able to conjure very powerful illusions that could even effect someone perception and memories.
Before a month had passed, Adam managed to make himself Eve's boyfriend, though the two kept their relationship secret to avoid complications. As part of this, he promised Eve they would be married in secret after she became queen, the two deciding to do it in Held's Forest. As Adam continued to play the part of a perfect boyfriend, he spent one night drinking with Gammon and complained about how stressful he found it. The two also further discussed their plans for overthrowing the government once Eve became queen.
Once Eve finally took part in the ritual Adam awaited her return, becoming worried after learning that another candidate, Zellana, had been killed during the test. Eve returned to the institute unharmed, however, although she remembered little of what happened, and Adam successfully impregnated her with the God Seed. Over the next several months, Adam and Gammon made the preparations for their coup and Adam had his connections look for Seth, who had vanished after Eve's pregnancy. On one occasion, Adam took Eve out of the institute and the two visited the coast where Adam spent some of his childhood; while there, he was able to reunite and reconcile with Catherine, who had become part of the ocean.
Once Eve went into labor, Adam rushed to see her in Alicegrad, though was prevented from coming in during the birthing. Once allowed inside, Adam rushed in to find that Eve's children were stillborn and the project was a failure, and that furthermore Eve was in complete denial of it. Enraged, Adam confronted Seth, only for the latter to tell him that it was Adam, himself, who was to blame for the stillbirth. Afterwards, it was confirmed that Eve was infertile and she had gone insane from the shock.
Crushed with guilt, Adam went drinking again and ruminated on what he had done, having realized that he truly did love Eve. Gammon soon arrived to discuss how they would need to start their plans over again, only for Adam to decide that he was giving up his quest for revenge. In order to prevent Gammon from killing him as a loose end, Adam took Eve out of Levianta altogether and the two fled to Held's Forest.
Life in the Forest[]
After Adam fled to Elphegort with Eve, the two had a wedding in Held's Forest and made a small home in the forest, furnishing it with some of their belongings from Levianta, like Eve's spoon, a red wine glass, and a sword. The two took up work as woodcutters, with Adam traveling to other villages in the forest to sell their goods while avoiding the public eye in towns like Aceid.
In EC 001, While traveling, Adam manage to encounter Meta Salmhofer while the latter was running away. Distrust with each other, both of them are ready to attack if needed. Noticing the infants that are with Meta, Adam remember the event that occurred with Eve, offered Meta some supplies that would help Meta and her kids survive for a few days. Meta accepted the supplies after hesitating for a while as Adam walk away from her.
Later that year, Adam saw Eve return home one night and came to greet her, but was horrified to see that she held two stolen familiar infants in her arms, a boy and a girl. Venturing outside, Adam found the corpse of the infants' mother and confirmed it was Meta Salmhofer, as well as finding bottles for the children labeled "Hänsel" and "Gretel". He then gave Meta's body a proper burial behind the house. When Adam returned inside, he found Eve smiling happily as she held the children, seemingly convinced they were hers. Fearing her being arrested, Adam decided to hide the crime and raise the children together with Eve as their own.
Over the years, Adam tried teaching Hänsel but failed to get the boy to understand his studies. Following the Levianta Catastrophe of EC 013, the effects of the disaster spread to Elphegort, causing a famine. During the following year a few months later, Adam and Eve reluctantly agreed to abandon their foster children in the forest to starve to death so that they could survive the famine.
With a gloomy expression, Adam and his wife led their foster children deep into the forest before abandoning them and returning to their home. Devastated by the event, Adam comforted Eve in their home until they heard a knock on the door. When they answered, they were horrified to see the manic expressions of their abandoned children at the entrance. Shortly after, as the children laughed, Hänsel murdered Adam while Gretel murdered Eve.
Demon of Sloth[]
After his death, Adam's soul became one of the seven demons scattered across the world by Hänsel and Gretel. Accepting his alias as the "Demon of Sloth", Adam used the Swap Technique to take a human as his vessel. When his latest vessel died around EC 118, Adam migrated to the body of his unborn grandson, transforming him to have his appearance. The boy, Kaino Greeonio, became Adam's new host thereafter. After seeing E.L. give Kaino the Clockworker's Doll she had fashioned, Adam migrated to the doll as his new vessel.
As Kaino played with his vessel, Adam spoke to him under the illusion that he was one of the demons. Explaining his situation, Adam suggested to Kaion that he leave the harem, clarifying that he wasn't under the influence of Gumina Venomania's Lust spell. Adam was later taken by E.L. when she left the Venomania Mansion in EC 136.
Afterward, Adam conversed with her about both their pasts; the scientist learned about Elluka's future sister-in-law, Irina Clockworker having been revived after Elluka had killed her and about how Elluka's fiancée, Kiril had gone about revitalizing Irina via the ark Sin, hence Levianta's destruction. As the years progressed, Elluka continuously experimented on Adam to try instilling a new power the pink rabbit mage could use to destroy everything, including the gods.
Flower of the Plateau[]
Years after the Venomania Event, the Clockworker's Doll was activated, putting everyone, including Adam himself, under a powerful illusion. The Doll then assumed Kaino's identity, crafting a new persona and becoming a florist, settling in Calgaround in EC 141. Garnering fame as the "Flower of the Plateau", Kaino believed himself to be the former prostitute while Adam slumbered in his subconscious. After murdering two connections to "his" past, Kaino killed his wife using the poison Gift in EC 151. After Count Kaino's death, Adam's memories returned and he awakened
Phantom Thief Platonic[]
During the EC 300's, the Clockworker's Doll was activated once more and he assumed himself to be a son of the Calgaround Family. Subconsciously making the illusion of his hair color green instead of blue by the image of his wife, Eve. Becoming known as the Phantom Thief Platonic, the infamous thief was hired by the mage AB-CEL to steal a red wine glass from Duke Carlos Conchita in EC 325. Initially failing, he was forcibly employed by Irina Clockworker after being tasked to steal the Twin Blades of Levianta from her.
Later that year, Platonic managed to steal the glass from the sorceress while returning from their investigation of Carlos's disappearance. After returning home to his family and later delivering the vessel to AB-CEL, Platonic eventually died, reawakening Adam from his slumber again. AB-CEL eventually reacquired the Doll sometime afterward.
Story of Evil[]
In EC 482, the Doll was one of the vessels given to Prim Marlon by her court mage, Abyss E.L. During the Hedgehog Upheaval in EC 505, Prim brought the vessel of Sloth with her while she lay in the uppermost room of the clocktower. After being confronted by her daughter, Michaela, Prim invoked Adam's power in order to control the Demon of Lust in one of the vessel of Pride's fragments.
Once Prim was killed by her son, Nathan, Adam revoked the power he lent. The doll was later collected by Michaela and brought with her to Lioness Castle. Shortly after, Abyss E.L. stole the Doll along with the other vessels of sin before fleeing to Lucifenia. Around the EC 560s, Elluka successfully infused Adam with the ability to conjure the Court at his command.
Third Sleep Prince[]
In EC 593, Julia Abelard replaced the corpse of Kaidor Blankenheim's stillborn son with the Doll and activated it, causing Adam to believe he was Kaspar Blankenheim. Fixated on marrying his beloved Margarita Felix, Kaspar lapsed into depression during his loveless marriage to the philandering marchioness. Comforted by Mayrana Blossom, the boy joined the woman's criminal organization, Père Noël, as "Third Sleep Prince" and helped with their illegal operations.
After Mayrana gave him the formula for Gift, Kaspar went on a psychopathic rampage, killing his wife and decimating his hometown of Toragay with his experimental creations. Suffering from the resurging memories of Adam's past incarnations, Kaspar refined a Seventh Gift at the Mayrana's mansion in Calgaround. He then ingested his own poison, unlocking Adam's fragmented memories and deciding to head to the forest before finally dying.
Confrontation in the Forest[]
Shortly after Adam's consciousness reawakened, the doll left the mansion. Weeks later, in November of EC 609, he traveled to the Millennium Tree Forest, walking into the clearing where the New Millennium Tree was located. As Gumillia and kyle stared at him in shock, the doll caught Irina's attention and then went to wait for her in her old home, the abandoned house. Sitting down in a chair, Adam greeted Irina as she entered.
He related how his memory returned after he drank the Seventh Gift, with Irina following up with a summation of what had occurred and how he had replaced the real Kaspar Blankenheim when the baby died. Irina speculated that being able to fool everyone into the switch with a sort of hypnosis was his ability as the Demon of Sloth. The doll denied at that hypnosis is his ability as the Demon of Sloth and mused on how even he had been taken in by his ability, believing himself to be the human Kaspar up until his death.
Irina then pointed out that the same had happened in another time, and Adam readily admitted to having been Platonic as well. Irina explained that she'd assumed Platonic was a descendant of Kaino but with green hair, thus explaining the appearance, but because Kaino's child had been killed and disposed of according to "The Flower of the Plateau", that was impossible. When the doll asked why Kaino couldn't have had descendants with the lady Calgaround, Irina asserted that she had witnessed Kaino's death in Asmodean, before he ever supposedly reached Calgaround. The doll agreed then that he had been the Kaino in the "Flower of the Plateau" as well. He told Irina that his body was originally made by E.L. to simulate Kaino's appearance, something that Irina hadn't known previously.
Adam elaborated for Irina on how the vessel for "Sloth" hadn't existed originally, and so the demon instead dwelt inside human hosts, altering each generation's appearances to look like his until E.L. created the new vessel. Hearing Irina muse it was the Swap Technique, he attempted to continue the ruse that he was a demon, but Irina had already figured out his true identity as Adam; incensed, she crossed over and grabbed the Doll around the neck. Adam finally removed the illusion he had over the mage and allowed her to see his true form as the Gine doll.
The two exchanged barbs over their respective purposes in continuing to exist in this way, each of them lacking in a true drive to motivate them. Adam commended Irina on figuring everything out, telling her he'd poison her as a reward. Irina responded by asserting her determination to destroy Adam, partially out of a newfound desire to rid the world of the likes of mages, gods, and demons so that humanity could develop on its own. When Adam pointed out that he couldn't be killed by ordinary means, Irina began the spell for the Swap Technique, intending to take Adam's soul into her own to destroy it. Despite Adam vainly attempting to talk her out of it, after fifteen minutes, Irina's red light consumed the entire cottage and Adam's soul was torn from his doll vessel. Drawn into his spirit, the scientist's consciousness was suppressed and slumbered in Irina's mind while the mage utilized his magical power for herself.
Duel of Merrigod Plateau[]
During the Duel of Merrigod Plateau on January 30, EC 611, Adam's consciousness was awakened after Irina was caught in the blast of Black Box Type S; as a result, Adam was transported to Levia's inner psychological world. Once he reached the top of the place's massive staircase, he blankly stared at Gumillia, Behemo, and Elluka already waiting on other sides of the temple square. He passively watched Levia join them and discuss "Irina Clockworker's" true identity with Elluka.
After they finished their conversation, Elluka approached Adam and wrapped an arm around him while she described the completion of her experiments fifty years ago. She then whispered in his ear for the "Master of the Court" to awaken and Adam immediately transformed Levia's mental world into the Court. As Elluka boasted about what she accomplished with the Clockworker's Doll and prepared to continue her duel with the twin gods in the reset stage, the Demon of Gluttony intervened and clashed with the gods instead, resulting in Elluka, Behemo, and Adam's souls fusing together as a new being in Irina Clockworker's body: Ma. Following the birth of the irregular twin "Adam" and the world's subsequent destruction in EC 999, Adam's soul separated from Ma and merged with the twin's, giving him a will.
Legacy[]
The spirit Kyle, when asked by irina to imagine the image of an handsome man, pictured Adam the day he helps Meta. He then incarnated as a human with the scientist's visage.
Centuries later, in EC 982, Adam and his wife's skeletal corpses were discovered while their long abandoned home was being demolished for the construction of Evil's Theater. Afterwards, a graveyard was constructed around the theater grounds.
Adam's incarnations were recorded in history to varying degrees, many earning folklore or rumor being passed on through the centuries. Due to their nature, few records existed regarding the actual birth or death date of many of her different personas. While never widely accepted by the public, the Clockworker's Doll was recorded by Will Jaakko as one of the vessels of sin in the possession of the mysterious mage "E.L." and "AB-CEL", though the true nature of its "demon" was never discovered.
Personality and Traits[]
Adam was a cruelly manipulative, yet deeply troubled man. From a young age, Adam's clearest emotions were that of loneliness and anger at the world. As a young child, Adam held hostility towards adults as a result of his suffering and was even quick to turn against his former mother figure. His emotional issues only increased after being adopted by Horus Solntse, not even feeling like a human being with how he was treated. By the time he was an adult, Adam described himself as feeling empty inside and, outside of all his other goals, he desired to fill that emptiness at any cost even if it meant becoming "evil". To this end, Adam settled on trying to obtain revenge for being robbed of a normal life with a normal family, desiring to overthrow Miroku's corrupt governing more from his personal grievances than a desire for a just government.
Adam showed little empathy with others and manipulated people as he saw fit, similarly willing to dispose of anyone who got in his way or whom he deemed worthy of his revenge. As part of this, he took advantage of Eve's vulnerable state, while initially thinking nothing of brainwashing her and lying to her to make her easier to manipulate.
Despite this, Adam's time with Eve gradually brought out other sides of him, and he came to care about her and her fate in spite of himself. These new feelings surprised Adam, and he initially denied them for the sake of his ambitions. When Project Ma failed, however, he was devastated by the psychological damage he'd caused Eve and admitted his concern for her. By the end of Project Ma, Adam was wracked with guilt and dedicated himself to living a happy wedded life with Eve and helping her recover. Noticing Meta, Adam remember about Eve stillborn infants, offered Meta some supplies. Characterizing his guilt, Adam was also willing to cover for the crimes Eve committed in her delusion, deciding to bear her sins as his own when failing to fix what she'd done. After his "death", however, Adam's love for Eve became obsessive as he sought to reunite with her again, considering them to be fated to attract each other and wanting to build a paradise together.
Adam's behavior also took on a malicious bent. By contrast while he "slept" during his incarnations, Adam's subconscious self became inclined to spread chaos and he seemed take pleasure in the lives taken by him and his incarnations, even mocking and toying with Irina when the latter realized the truth about his existence. Subconsciously, however, Adam did seem to desire deep down a chance to start over and fix his mistakes, as shown through others, like Gallerian, who were influenced by his personality.
Skills and Abilities[]
Adam was an excellent scientist, raised under Horus' tutelage and a prodigy in his field. He took part in studies of the Second Period's technology, while as the head of the research institute he also had a hand in the human experimentation of the Next Queen Project and the first Project 'Ma'. His capabilities extended to his ability to manipulate those around him, such as Gammon and Eve, using the resources and circumstances he had at hand. Despite this, Adam's knowledge was littered with blind spots, such as in regards to the legacy of the Second Period and the God Seed. He also, despite his manipulative nature, did not have the natural charisma of those like Seth, and so had difficulty being a charming boyfriend for Eve, professing it to be stressful.
Outside of his scientific studies, Adam had a great amount of magical power, but was able to only perform some spells due to receiving training from Eve. He demonstrated an ability to use the Swap Technique, allowing himself to transfer a nearby soul, including his own, to another nearby body or object at will. He also demonstrated that he could conjure powerful illusions that could alter people provision and memories.
After he became the "Demon of Sloth", Adam's illusions could be projected as a field, affecting people's perceptions and memories; this included influencing people to perceive the Doll as an ordinary human. This illusion was strong enough to affect skilled mages and even Adam himself, forcing his consciousness to "sleep" in his incarnation's subconscious, influencing them while they lived as a human. Since the illusions was unable to be "turned off", Adam's incarnations were tireless and sleepless. Despite all this, Adam's consciousness would reawaken upon the incarnation's death.
Compounding this illusions, Adam had the cumulative memories of his different incarnations. This resulted in his ability to magically create an airborne version of Gift and manipulate it to his will. Due to Elluka Clockworker's experimentation, Adam could also conjure the Court at Elluka's command, resetting the area so that all living things within it were mortal, even gods. Adam's power and relation to the demons also left him immune to their influence; this ability extended to his incarnations. Aside from this, Adam could allegedly forge demon contracts with humans; one of the powers he supposedly granted was the ability to transplant the Demons of Sin into vessels other than their own.
Character Connections[]
Eve Moonlit: Adam's wife and long-lost twin sister. Unaware of their sibling relationship, Adam initially just saw Eve as a means of gaining power over the Senate, but over time grew to care about her and found peace from their companionship together. He thus experienced guilt for using her after her miscarriage, and afterwards subserviently looked after her and took responsibility for her crimes as atonement for what he'd done. After death, Adam later became obsessed with her or those with her appearance as the Demon of Sloth, believing they were fated to be together.
Catherine: Adam's mother figure. Though unaware she had rescued him as an infant, Adam came to see Catherine as a mother to him thanks to her watching over him for a time in his youth. Although temporarily persuaded to see her as evil, Adam became regretful of their parting and was happy to meet with her again on better terms.
Horus Solntse: Adam's adoptive father. Adam greatly resented his cruel upbringing at Horus' hands and as a result hated his adoptive father, coming to see Horus as having deceived him. Despite this, Adam also respected Horus and had no problem utilizing the resources that the latter provided him before his disappearance, succeeding him as the head of the institute.
Seth Twiright: A fellow scientist. Though unaware Horus was really Seth, Adam hated Seth due to the latter's role in his mother's disappearance; it was his goal to get revenge on him that motivated Adam to brainwash Eve. After running away to live in Elphegort, Adam dropped his desire for revenge and appeared able to tolerate cohabiting with the demon.
Maria Moonlit: Adam's mother. Although never knowing his mother, Adam was acutely affected by her absence and throughout his childhood longed to meet her. This led him to develop a desire for revenge against the Senate and Seth who took her away from him.
Gammon Loop Octopus: Adam's co-conspirator. Adam cooperated with Gammon as part of his plot to overthrow the government, but secretly planned to betray and kill him as a loose end. Despite this the two of them often went out drinking together, with Adam confiding in Gammon his frustrations while carrying out his plan.
Hänsel: Adam's foster son. Adam wished the best for Hänsel initially, urging Eve to take him back to his mother and raising him when it was explained this was impossible. As his father, he hoped to get the boy involved in his woodcarving business, although hampered by Hänsel's low intelligence. While later becoming desperate enough to abandon the boy during the famine in Elphegort, Adam experienced great regret for doing so and was shocked when he returned.
Gretel: Adam's foster daughter. Adam wished the best for Gretel initially, urging Eve to take her back to her mother and raising her when it was explained this was impossible. While later becoming desperate enough to abandon the girl during the famine in Elphegort, Adam experienced great regret for doing so and was shocked when she returned.
Cain and Abel: Adam's children. While initially seeing Cain and Abel as means to gain leverage over the Senate, Adam was devastated by their death due to the effect it had on Eve. Adam later used the name Cain as his alias while living in Elphegort.
Kaino Calgaround: One of Adam's incarnations. During his time as Kaino, Adam's soul remained dormant, unaware of Kaino's actions. Sometime later he passed away, regaining memories of his "past self". Adam cared little for his past life, seeing it only for the malice he spread through it.
Platonic: Another one of Adam's incarnations. Like Kaino before him, Adam's soul slumbered during Platonic's life, ignorant of his actions until Platonic died; gaining his past memories. Adam teased Irina about working with her as Platonic, saying he cared little for his time as the thief.
Kaspar Blankenheim: Adam's most notorious incarnation. After drinking his own Gift, he passed away, allowing Adam's soul to become conscious, and gained his past memories. Although making use of his image later, Adam commented shortly after about caring little for that persona.
Adam: A soul Adam Moonlit fused with. Their fusion allowed him to gain a will; he also retained some of Adam's original personality and memories.
Trivia[]
- I have some difficulty on how am I going to do this. In my swap au, some characters are to have the same presonality as their canon self like Adam because he still the scientist at his early life.
- While Carlos Conchita resemble Adam heavily, the twins, Arte and Pollo still follow him due him helping their mother when she was in a run. Finding Carlos first instead of Banica and was with him most of his and their life, resulting their royalty are with Carlos, not with Banica, despite her resembling Meta.
- Almost no one know about Adam illusions, Everyone thinks it's hypnosis but it's actually illusions.
