Symphony of Evil was an event made as a part of the 2023 Miku Symphony. The event was arranged to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Evillious Chronicles, opening at Suntory Hall with orchestral arrangements of mothy's most major songs. After the event ended the symphony was released on the second disc of the Miku Symphony for that year, including two bonus tracks of entirely new songs. The central promotional art piece was illustrated by Rella.

- While the event was dedicated to all seven deadly sins, Sateriasis Venomania and Nemesis Sudou were not illustrated for the event, as their representative characters are not owned by Crypton Future Media.
- The Weathered Head at Onigashima and Drug of Gold were played in the lobby during the events.
- As part of the event an "Evil Costume Exhibition" was held, where Rella's design of Riliane and Allen's clothing had been made real.
