Raisa Netsuma, codenamed The White Fiend of Jakoku, was the third head of the Netsuma Clan and a member of Apocalypse. Immigrating to the Magic Kingdom Levianta with her family, she joined Apocalypse and became one of the organization's heads, enacting chaos as she commanded The White Army.
History[]
Early Life[]
Raisa was born to the second head of the Netsuma Clan in Jamataikoku. Later on, Raisa, her father, and the other members of her clan emigrated from Jakoku to Evillious and settled as nomads in the southern forests of the Magic Kingdom Levianta.[1] After settling in the region, Raisa and her clan, known as the White Army, slowly became hostile to the inhabitants of the forest after repeated skirmishes between the two.[2]
The White Fiend[]

Raisa therefore led the White Army in raids against the forest dwellers, though she was repeatedly thwarted by a powerful sorceress referred to only as the Witch of the Forest. Becoming associated with the terrorist organization Apocalypse, Raisa led her followers to attack the Witch of the Forest, really Eve Zvezda, and the men who accompanied her, Adam Moonlit and Gammon Loop Octopus, while the Apocalypse member Meta Salmhofer attacked Eve's home village of Nemu. Due to Eve unleashing her lightning magic on her, Raisa was defeated, badly burned, and taken into custody by Gammon. Several days later, Raisa escaped from prison.[2]
Having been inducted into the upper ranks of Apocalypse, Raisa continued to lead her White Army on raids in the southwest region of Levianta, hoping to take revenge on Eve. Following Gammon Loop Octopus' political coup and the resultant crackdown on Apocalypse by the new Royal Capital Army, one morning around BT 001, Raisa angrily reported to Meta how Apocalypse's base in the north had fallen. On Meta's orders, she then led her remaining soldiers in an effort to retake the northern base, only to be captured by Leviantan forces. After capture, Raisa jumped out the window of the carriage she was being transported in, accidentally breaking her own neck and killing herself.[1]

Following her physical body's death, Raisa's soul was put inside a cat body by Seth Twiright as an experiment. By the time of the seventh Project 'Ma' in EC 013, Raisa was sleeping inside the Levia-Behemo temple when one of the Ma candidates, Milky Eights, tripped over her. Attacking the woman to possess her body as a medium, Raisa was killed by the resulting scuffle, bemoaning she died as Seth's guinea pig.[3]
Legacy[]
Raisa was historically remembered as being a member of Apocalypse and having been close friends with Meta. Following her death, the enraged Netsumas engaged in terrorist strikes across Evillious.[4]

Raisa was a wild and angry woman. Prone to outbursts, she was also not above using acts of violence to carve out a space for the Netsuma Clan in Levianta, even joining the terrorist organization Apocalypse to that end. Aside from this, Raisa had a visible love for money to the point of being considered a robber or bandit by others. Following her imprisonment, she feared going back to jail to the point of losing her life in her escape.
Skills and Abilities[]
Raisa displayed skill as both a warrior and a commander, leading the White Army. She also wielded a katana in battle, and could summon blue fire as an inheritor of Salem. After being attacked by Eve with lightning, Raisa lost the use of her facial muscles due to scarring.
Character Connections[]
Pale Noël: Raisa's superior in Apocalypse. Raisa seemed to display some loyalty to Pale, though this was called into question by Meta.
Eve Moonlit: Raisa's adversary. She sought to oppose Eve as part of her war against the residents of Levianta's southern forests; Eve killed some of her clan members and severely injured Raisa in a confrontation, Raisa swore vengeance to the point that Meta considered it her primary motivation for staying in Apocalypse.
Meta Salmhofer: A fellow member of Apocalypse. Raisa worked with Meta reasonably well, comfortable enough to barge into her room, but there was some tension in their relationship.
