Original Sin Story: Complete Edition is an album released by Akuno-P on August 16, 2015. It was first distributed at Comic Market 88 and features twelve songs along with a twenty page booklet. The album's jacket was illustrated by Ichika.

Conceptualization and Origin
- The album's name is a reference to its nature as a compilation of the previous "Act 1" and "Act 2" Original Sin Story albums, along with an additional "interlude" and "Act 3".
Curiosities
- The twin gods Levia and Behemo and their Levia-Behemo dragon body are featured on the album's cover; Hänsel and Gretel and Held's Forest are featured on the back cover.
- When the album was first formally announced, the tentative tracklist listed "Original Sin Story" and "Dragon Gods Levia-Behemo" among the song titles; the track titles were later replaced with "Queen of the Glass" and "Barisol's Child is an Only Child" respectively.
