Lukana as she appears in the Madness of Duke Venomania
A tailor who was charmed and kidnapped by Duke Venomania. As a result of this, she became pregnant with his child. The resulting bloodline continues into the final years the series, with Gammon Octo living in the late 900s.
Additionally, Elluka Clockworker switched bodies with her. It's not clear if this occurred during or after Lukana's pregnancy, nor is it known what Lukana's ultimate fate was.

Lukana gets a brief cameo at the end of Chrono Story as Elluka finds Venomania's mansion.
Madness of Duke Venomania (EC 136)
Lukana is shown early in the Madness of Duke Venomania, dueting with Mikulia to explain that Venomania is using his charms to build a harem. Aside from this and the appearance of her name on a list of missing women, her role in the song alone is not strongly developed. Information from supplemental material and other songs reveals that she became pregnant during this time and that Elluka switched bodies with her.

Duke Sateriajis Venomania: When Lukana was twenty, Venomania charmed her and made her join his harem. Lukana ended up pregnant with his child.
Elluka Clockworker: They switched bodies, giving Elluka the pink-haired form she has for the majority of the series.
Gammon Octo: Gammon is a distant descendant of Lukana and Venomania.
