===Scherzer===

[[File:Scheizer2.png|left|90px]]'''Scherzer''' was one of the world's leading celebrities in the [[Union State of Evillious]] and a sadistic criminal. In the early EC 980s, he began kidnapping famous women and imprisoning them in his basement. As the incident went on, he was arrested for assaulting a woman and placed on trial. Appealing to Gallerian Marlon's sense of greed, he was judged innocent. Later on, Scherzer met with Gallerian to thank the judge for saving him. After Gallerian warned him to be careful around women, he laughed and jumped out the window, saying he would keep that in mind. Once the police discovered the missing women in his home, Scherzer fled the estate.

At Gallerian's home, he begged the judge to save him again; Gallerian agreed, if paid ten times the amount, much to Scherzer's chagrin. When the curious judge asked about his crimes despite having such wealth, Scherzer explained his his irresistible desire to break women of their hope and retorted that Gallerian was no different, so long as he had money. After agreeing to their deal's terms, Scherzer went on trial again, confident in his release and ignoring the testimony of his subordinate, Bogaerts. Shocked to hear Gallerian find him guilty, the furious Scherzer attempted to speak out but was gagged and restrained.

Later, the judge visited him in prison and said he wished to clarify his reasons for convicting him. The Chief Justice explained how he didn't hate him but that, in his lust, he had been careless; he explained that one of the women he kidnapped was the niece of Bogaerts and pointed out how the man was Scherzer's financial manager, meaning Gallerian was never paid at all for helping him. Gallerian then zealously revealed he and Bogaerts made a deal for the judge to acquire Scherzer's entire fortune had he judged him guilty. As Gallerian left, he told him he was scheduled for execution the next day and Scherzer screamed through his gag. As planned, he was executed the next day.<ref>Judgment of Corruption Side Story: Gallerian</ref>
