The Le Corbusier Family[note 1] was a family of soldiers who lived in the Kingdom of Lucifenia. The family became involved with the Lucifenian Revolution as part of the Lucifenian Resistance; following the annexation of Lucifenia by the Kingdom of Marlon, the family settled in the Beelzenian Empire with the other fugitive resistance members.

History[]

Early History[]

In the early EC 500s, the Lucifenian York Le Corbusier fought as a soldier in the Lucifenian Expansion War under King Arth Lucifen d'Autriche. After the end of the war, York settled down and had a daughter, Sekka. York's family was also close with one of the Three Heroes, Leonhart Avadonia, and his daughter Germaine.

Resistance[]

After the death of the regent Queen Anne Lucifen d'Autriche, the Le Corbusier family suffered under the tyrannical rule of Princess Riliane Lucifen d'Autriche and lost faith in the royal family. Due to this, York and Sekka joined the resistance begun by Germaine; there they also became acquainted with an Elphe immigrant named Minage, among others.

As part of the Resistance, the Le Corbusier family took part in the Lucifenian Revolution; while Sekka was injured in the fighting and retreated, York continued to fight by Germaine's side and was instrumental in the capture of Princess Riliane. Soon after that, the family gained a position the new Lucifenian government.

A year later, in EC 501, York and Minage fled to Breck Mountain in response to Marlon's annexation of Lucifenia. With all the former Resistance members, including Sekka, York and Minage reformed the Lucifenian Resistance to combat King Kyle Marlon's expansionist regime. The Resistance was ultimately defeated in EC 503 and York and Sekka fled with their companions to Beelzenia, where they were offered safety in exchange for serving in the Beelzenian army.

Sometime during this period Sekka and Minage married, with Minage taking on the Le Corbusier family name, and the two had children together. Due to this, Sekka retired from the fighting to raise her children while her father and husband continued to serve in the army.

Hell on Earth[]

After the destruction of the Third Period, all the dead members of the Le Corbusier family residing in the Heavenly Yard were dragged back down to the earth as the ground world merged with the Hellish Yard.[1]
