In EC 492, Keel and Mikina Freezis expanded their general store in Aceid, Elphegort into a thriving business, establishing the Freezis Firm under Keel's name. As the business continued to meet success, it expanded across Elphegort and into Lucifenia, Marlon, and Levianta. The prospering company eventually began absorbing assets of preexisting trade associations, constructing a vast information network for the Freezis Family and its business. After the establishment of the Evillious Commerce Alliance, the Freezis Firm began heading the trade union.
During that period, the trade coalition was joined by the Association intelligence network; as part of the merge, it was decided that the closest and most trusted aide to the Freezis family head would adopt the name "Bruno" in recognition of the Association and would become the interim manager if the event of a power vacuum without an immediate successor. As the Firm expanded, Keel was accompanied by a Bruno that acted as his butler and informant.

Easily controlling the market with its communication, the firm became the richest conglomerate at the turn of the 6th century EC. With their enormous assets, part of the firm's wealth secretly funded the ambitions of Queen Prim Marlon. Around the same time, it funded the creation of a monastery dedicated to the god Held in Elphegort.
Reign of Evil
With the company financially secure, the trade alliance's leading members kept in contact through Keel's monthly banquets; the gatherings allowed the separate branches of the organization to exchange information, make transactions, or advance their own authority. In EC 499, the Freezis Firm agreed to send aid to the Kingdom of Lucifenia on behalf of the Elphegortean government as part of a joint effort with the Kingdom of Marlon to relieve Lucifenia's famine and troubled populace.
At the start of the Green Hunting in EC 500, Keel and his family were imprisoned by Princess Riliane and held captive at the Lucifenian palace dungeon. Reaching out to its allies in Lucifenia, Keel was liberated and given him residence at Corpa's mansion in Rolled. Shortly after, the company secretly funded the Lucifenian Resistance and collaborated with them for the Lucifenian government and Riliane's rule to be overthrown. At the same time, the Freezis Family relocated to Bariti, Marlon, changing the firm's nerve center.
Following the outbreak of the Lucifenian Revolution later that year, the firm's Rollam merchant commanded the city's middle class into a frenzy when the revolutionary army's battle at Rollam became dire. The Freezis Firm then provided additional, needed weapons and turned the tide to the Resistance's favor. With the revolution's success, Keel attended the peace talks concerning Lucifenia's future and agreed to the execution of Princess Riliane and Marlon's occupation of Lucifenia to aid the new government.
Over the following years, the Freezis Firm continued to financially support King Kyle's regime after he annexed Lucifenia and set up business arrangements with the merchants there. As part of the efforts, the firm's domestic sales in Marlon were boosted by the Marlon navy's blockade of Elphegort. The firm also began publishing the novels written by Keel's daughter, Yukina, with the books instantly becoming bestsellers.
In EC 505, the firm arranged a deal to supply new weapons for Kyle's soldiers as the king prepared for a rescue operation of his mother in the Blood Pool region. Shortly after, Keel retired after suffering from a major concussion, handing the organization over to his son, Shaw. With his his father's guidance, Shaw gradually garnered business acumen and the firm grew under his leadership, later reorganizing the firm into the Freezis Foundation in EC 531.
