As for the title yeah I agree with it being named OSS: Crime because we also have a precedent with 罪 being translated as Crime with Seven Crimes and Punishments so it isn't a stretch at all and it has a connection to another title in the series.

I was also actually wondering if her name could be a Final Fantasy reference since it's spelled the exact same as the city of Lindblum and I know Mothy throws video game references in every now and again so.
DB, SNS and SGP still have more of a solid connection due to one featuring the symbol of Lucifenia in the PV, one featuring Riliane in a non-canon scenario and the other being apart of the Clockwork Lullaby Series. Regardless, I agree that even if these songs are just barely threaded into Evillious they could be included on the wiki as long as they are put as non-canon.
Even though Clockwork is in the English title of Resounding Song I don't think it can be considered part of the Clockwork Lullaby series yet. (I wonder though if it'll join the lettered ones being called like Clockwork Lullaby L or something)

It does not. The use of mirror is more symbolic as the Kagamine's in the song mirror the songs that society tells them to sing and become a reflection of how twisted the world is.
I personally still have doubts on it being canon again and I don't think it should be assumed canon because mothy said he wanted to include the "Re" prefix in the title of the new version.
I think we should wait for the album to come out and see what is in the booklet before discussing whether it should be considered canon again. Maybe the booklet will give new info who knows.
Do you think perhaps this is the significance of Seth saying that he tried to make Irina a Genesis Girl in O&L? Like that's somehow Irina standing behind Arth in some kind of Rin body? I mean obviously that might be a bit of a reach but it does feel a little like last minute foreshadowing to me, considering the idea of Irina being a Genesis Girl has never come up in any way before that point.
I may be reaching when it comes to the kind of theory your proposing but Irina being a failed Genesis Girl wouldn't be too far out of left field at all. Irina's destructive nature has always been attributed to her HERS but we know from Ma that Irregulars without counterparts are extremely destructive. Maybe she's always been more than a HER the whole time? Who knows.
The sillhouettes for Resounding Song look like they are supposed to be Hansel and Gretel over being the clockwork doll Rin and Len. (Also the clockwork Rin doesn't wear a bow while the sillhouette does)
Also very happy for us to finally get a visualization of the girl from FML when he straight up could have just given us a generic Rin design for her.
The way it's cut off may make it look strange I think. At least with Presi and Genesia it's their whole heads and not at an angle. I don't think it's good enough for an icon but I'd like to see what people can make from it before deciding.

The parallel world being Torture Tower makes sense because wasn't it years back someone mentioned that the Master of the Graveyard is brought up in the Torture Tower novels?
